Step 2:
You'll receive a phone call, usually within 2 business days, to discuss your current resume and provide you with a quotation.  If you decide to purchase a resume service, we will also schedule a subsequent one hour resume "interview" session.  (If preferred, I can meet with local clients at a mutually convenient location.)  At this point, an invoice will be sent to the client.

Step 3:
Pay for your service, in advance, either by:  PayPal, Cash, Money Order, or Certified Cheque.

Step 4:
The phone interview:  this is usually a one hour conversation used to document key ideas, accomplishments, strengths…a brain-storming session to help generate a strategy for creating the resume documents.

Step 5:
A draft resume will usually be sent within 3 working days to the client for review and comment.

Step 6:
The final resume will be sent to the client, usually 1 to 2 days upon receiving feedback from step 5.  At this time, a draft cover letter, reference page, and thank you letter may also be sent or sent separately if another review of the resume is critical before proceeding with the remaining documentation.

Step 7:
Last chance:  the client reviews all documentation and agrees or advises of required changes.  All changes at this point, assuming no major revisions, will be provided within 1 business day.

That's it! The "eighth step" is up to you!  Go out there and get noticed by networking and submitting your resume to qualified positions.  Refer to the Useful Links tab for job search resources and suggestions.
